Yes, you can choose any of these Banks, BDO Unibank, METROBANK and BPI
Banking.

We only have two types of Mattress the HR (High Resilient) and Hard Mattress.

Unfortunately we do not offer a trial period on our beds and mattresses.

50% of the order total is required to process your order.

If you’ve placed your order with a deposit, your remaining balance will
automatically be debited from the same card before the delivery. If, for any
reason, the balance is outstanding upon delivery, we won’t be able to proceed
with the delivery until the full payment has been made. If you wish to pay with an
alternative card, please call us and inform our team at least ten days before you
expect your delivery.

If the Goods are not claimed or make a full payment after the client/s was
notified after completion, the company (Slumberhigh Inc) may exercise its rights to impose a service charge of 3.5% of the total value per month or a fraction
thereof.

Please be certain of your selection. Your order is placed specially for you and
cannot be canceled or returned.

Nobody wants the unfortunate situation where the bed you’ve ordered does not
fit, where it’s too big for the room or won’t fit through your home’s doorways or
entrances. So, when you order your bed, it’s important to check that it will fit into
your house and your room. Please measure all doors, stairways and the chosen
space as carefully as possible.

Yes you may request for the available fabric swatches with a fee (for courier).

If the item is on stock we can deliver in a week time. But because most of our
order are made to order we can deliver it at 4 weeks time or depending on the
situation we can deliver earlier than that.

Assembly is a complimentary service of Slumberhigh in selected area.

We will not remove existing furniture

Yes you can. All our products are preassembled. We can send you steps by steps
instruction with illustration to fully assemble the item.

1. WARNING: The Motor drive should not be used: in any environment where
combustible or explosive gases or vapors (e.g., anesthesiology) may be present, in
a moist environment, outdoors, in any application that will be cleaned with an
automated washing system.

2. May not be operated: by small children, by frail or infirm persons without
supervision, or in the proximity of small children.

3. CAUTION: You should only use spare parts which have been manufactured or
approved by Dewert/Okin. Only these parts will guarantee a sufficient level of
safety.

plate on the drive)

connection (refer to the drive's ratings plate)

Drive type: Double drive and single drive

Mode of operation: intermittent duty 2 min./18 min. This means that after the
unit is operated with its rated load for up to two minutes it must then be paused
for 18 minutes. The system can malfunction if this pause is not observed!
